This weekend the weather was spectacular! All the sunshine and warmth brought many awaiting buds into bloom. Here are some of the lovely plants in my garden.

Here is my Anenomonella thalictriodes 'Llyod's Big Bloomer'
As it emerges it has such lovely burgundy purple new leaves and the flower starts pink, turning to white later.

I inherited this iris from a friend of mine and its new purple leaves are striking. It really is that purple!

ReplyDeleteWoah! You've got a nice collection! These flowers are unique in every way… Take Anenomonella thalictriodes, for example. Their way of blooming is unique, for the flower grows pink then white later on. How many types of flowers do you have all in all?

ReplyDeleteThank you for your nice comment! I am glad you also love Anemonella, what a plant! I have no idea how many type of flowers I have, many hundreds is my guess. It is a rather small garden, but packed to the brim.. Thanks again!
